Pro-face Remote HMI Price Revision Announcement

The Pro-face Remote HMI software provides operators with the capability to remotely monitor the status of HMI screens across multiple applications. Additionally, it facilitates auxiliary HMI operations by utilizing an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as a secondary display connected to the primary HMI unit.

Operational Workflow:

1. Connect a wireless router to the GP4000 device.
2. Update the GP application within GP-Pro EX and transfer it to the GP4000.
3. Download and install the Pro-face Remote HMI application on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch).

Application Scope:

• Remote Monitoring of Large or Long-Range Equipment
• The software enables remote oversight and control, reducing the need for multiple personnel when managing extensive machinery or distant installations.
• Preemptive Troubleshooting
• Operators can diagnose potential issues in advance by verifying error causes remotely, thus enabling prompt preparation of necessary tools and actions before physically approaching the machine.
• Factory Floor Equipment Surveillance
• The solution allows real-time monitoring of alarms, operational statuses, and other vital information for machines through iOS devices from any location within the factory environment.

• The following models qualify as "Server" units compatible with Pro-face Remote HMI:

• Note on Display Settings:
• • Blinked text and images configured in the server are not displayed blinking on the client device.
  • Reverse display functionality in 16-Level Monochrome modes is unsupported.
• Touch operations are limited in asynchronous mode to display-only functions such as "Screen Change," "Previous Screen," and scrolling actions within Switch/Lamp components. If "Multifunction" mode is enabled, touch inputs are disabled.
• User windows and system keypads are unavailable during asynchronous mode operation.
• If device operating system is upgraded to iOS 7 or newer, saved passwords will be reset and must be re-entered for connection establishment; passwords entered during reconnection are stored anew.
